Returns and Exchanges
Bumbeez Collars are custom made and non-refundable.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a Full Store Credit less shipping costs ,duties and taxes. All returns/exchanges require a Returns Number (RN). Simply obtain the RN number within 7 days of receipt of delivery by emailing with your order number and whether you would like an exchange or store credit. The Bumbeez team will then reply with a RN number. Once you've received your RN number, please take care to follow the instructions.
Please be aware the customer is responsible for shipping fees to return product and Bumbeez does not accept liability for returned goods.
When returning items we strongly recommend obtaining proof of posting or the relevant couriers bills and documentation. Bumbeez does not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and advise to arrange insurance.
When returning an order, the RN number should be stated clearly on the parcel and a copy of your original sales receipt enclosed with the return.
Exchanged items will be dispatched after the returned product has been received.
If you change your mind, you have up to 24 hours after the order confirmation to cancel in writing to Info@Bumbeez1.com.
If you would like to Revise your order, you have up to 24 hours after the order confirmation to change the order by sending requested revisions in writing to Info@Bumbeez1.com. Be sure to include your Name and Order Number along with your requested changes. We will confirm your revisions within 24 hours.
Revisions are subject to availability and prize adjustments.
