Bumbeez collars are not adjustable. If your furry charmers neck is sized properly, the collar will fit properly and comfortably.

Measure your pets neck not a collar. When measuring for a custom collar, it's important to measure your pets neck, do not use one of your pets collars.

Do Not measure directly behind the ears,

Do Not  measure at the base of the neck.

Yes, measure in the Middle of the Neck for correct sizing.  

 

Do Not make the tape measure Tight

Do Not allow Slack, we will make the collar big enough with the right measurements.

Hold it flush  - not squeezing

If your measurements are between sizes choose the collar size that is Rounded UP to the Next half inch (1/2").  i.e. a neck size measuring 12 1/4" we recommend you order 12 1/2".

How to Measure - Using a cloth tape measure*, wrap it around the middle of your pets neck.

Following the image demonstration below, hold two fingers between the tape and neck where the tape meets the size as shown.  The image indicates a size 13 5/8" - Round Up to the Next Half Inch you would order a 14" collar.

*If you do not have a Cloth Tape Measure, you may use a string following the instructions above,  then measure it on a rigid ruler.
